Bucharest Weekend Vibes: 27 - 29 September


Enjoy a new weekend full of fresh events. The end of September will bring art and wine, inclusion and sensorial exploration, languages and yard sales.

Main events happening all through the weekend:

Wine & Street Food Festival

The event is organized both indoor (WINE AREA) and also outdoor (STREET FOOD AREA) at the Palace of Parliament. You are invited to spend three relaxing and fun days, receiving: free wine tasting, most famous food trucks and even new ones, launched during the event, chill-out music right in the gardens of the Palace, playground and many more attractions. The Event Programme: Friday 12.00-22.00, last entry 21.00 Saturday 12.00-22.00, last entry 21.00 Sunday 12.00-21.00, last entry 20.00 The ticket price for the Street Food este 15 lei, and for the Wine 20 lei. Note: Access in the Wine area means buying a ticket for the Street Food area also, because you can reach the Wine area only by passing through the Street Food area. Thank you!

Bucharest Aloha DanceFest

A colorful event that will take place on Saturday and Sunday 14.00 to 22.00 at Latin Dance Romania.

Bucharest Aloha DanceFest - International Polynesian Arts Festival welcomes you with an Aloha salute Be part of the art family (ohana), and enjoy the special workshops of Hula Dance, Hawaiian Crafts, and Islands Percussion Rhythms. Dance together and share the stage at the Hula Show and the Aloha after-Party on Sunday evening. Let's share the love and joy of a unique experience of Polynesian dance gathering in Europe!

Art Safari

This years edition of Art Safari starts this weekend and continues until the 6th of October. It will take place at Oscar Maughsch BCR Palace in University Square.

Stop by and admire a variety of exhibitions of Romanian painters - highlight on Tonitza, sculpture, contemporary and super contemporary art, night events and many srprises.

FRIDAY - 27 September

19.00 - 22.00 Kimbra concert at Quantic (address)

The Grammy winner from New Zeeland, best known for her duo with Gotye, will have her first concert in Bucharest. Ticket prices starting from 109 lei, get them here

19.00 - 23.00 Where Languages Come To Party at IBSEN Center (address)

Celebrate the European Day of Languages and get the chance to meet the team and teachers of the language center and practice languages you know or want to learn, in a relaxed environment.

SATURDAY - 28 September

08.00 - 22.30 Unifinshed experience at MNAR (address)

The UNFINISHED experience is defined by events such as keynotes, workshops, panels, leadership sessions, art installations, yoga classes, concerts and concept dinners. The events take place all over the weekend at the National Museum of Art / ROyal Palace. Check the full schedule on their website.

20.00 - 21.00 Maria Tanase Tribute Concert at Casa Costa-Foru (address)

A musical happening of artistic value, a combination of Maria Tanase's songs and Ion Barbu's Poetry will be interpreted indoors at Costa-Foru house, a place for alternative socio-cultural events. No tickets required.

SUNDAY - 29 September

10.00 - 19.00 Yard Sale at J'ai Bistrot (address)

Looking for new owners for clothing, accesories and shoes. Drink your coffee in the garden and pick and choose what you'd like to wear! Free entrance.

21.00 - 23.30 Feel the music at Apollo 111 (address)

Friends from the National Association of the Deaf in Romania will translate the music in sign language for everybody on the dance floor, hearing or hard of hearing people. Everybody is welcome to join the party to celebrate together the World Deaf Day! Entrance fee: 15 lei
